Fierce HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is our morning class…what a way to start the day!
HIIT is a training technique that is performed in quick intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods (or sometimes just less intense periods, eek!). HIIT keeps your heart rate up and burns fat in less time.
As well as burning fat, HIIT targets toning, strength and flexibility. Our Fierce HIIT class is 30 minutes in length which is a quick and convenient way for us to work out and can be performed with or without equipment.
Our Fierce Fit trainers are specialised in HIIT, delivering tough but fun sessions. Our trainers like to put their own style into HIIT classes, delivering different sessions every week. HIIT is challenging but extremely rewarding. It suits those who are just starting up fitness but also those who want to keep their long term training program exciting.
