The trainers at Fierce Fit are personable and passionate about helping guide each client through their programme in a safe and non-threatening atmosphere to achieve both their physical goals while also improving mental health and wellbeing.
The trainers at Fierce Fit will ensure all your workouts make you feel strong and empowered by ensuring exercise type and intensity are at the right level for you. As you progress through your programme you will feel uplifted by your progress. Transitioning from one to ones into the Fierce Fit classes is a great way to improve your confidence while exercising in a friendly group environment with like minded women.
The type of exercise you will be performing will depend on the goals of attending Fierce Fit. Our trainers can adapt training programmes to include confidence building activities alongside achieving your fitness goals. One of the methods our trainers will use to build confidence using a exercise programmes includes setting SMART goals. SMART goals stand for specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely goals. Having SMART goals promote confidence building as it is easy to record and observe your own progress.
The exercise space at Fierce Fit includes a private but large gym space and also smaller private exercise rooms. The trainers at Fierce Fit respect and maintain patient dignity and ensure all exercise spaces are female only during one to one sessions and Fierce Fit classes.
You can experience an increase in confidence immediately following your initial session at Fierce Fit. Our trainers are focused to improving confidence and wellbeing alongside targeting your fitness goals.
You have the choice between one to one exercise sessions or group Fierce Fit classes. The small Fierce Fit classes have a friendly and supportive atmosphere which can help to build your confidence socialising and exercising with others.
