  • How long before I start to see a reduction in my weight?

    The rate of weight loss varies from person to person. To ensure you achieve a maximal but healthy rate of weight loss our trainers will ensure you perform the required physical activity but also provide education on healthy eating and diet plans.

  • How often should I train?

    Weight loss programmes are heavily focused around aerobic exercise. It is recommended to perform two to three sessions of aerobic exercise per week to promote weight loss, build aerobic endurance and improve physical health and wellbeing.

  • What type of exercises will I be doing?

    Aerobic exercise is a important component of a weight loss focused exercise programme. Aerobic exercise can be anything from a brisk walk to high intensity cycling. Our trainers ensure the type of exercises you will be guided to perform meet your needs and are specific to your ability.

  • Will the weight loss programme give me advice on dieting?

    Yes, all of our trainers are passionate about healthy eating and have extensive knowledge on healthy weight loss diets. Our trainers can give meal ideas and information on when and what to eat to promote healthy weight loss.

  • Can the weight loss programme also focus on improving my confidence?
