Our health services will accelerate recovery time and ensure you’re fresh and raring to go for the next Fierce Fit session. It will also prevent and treat any injuries, so you can make the most of our service.

All our health services are accessible to you. As part of your Fierce Fit package you can swap a session with a physiotherapy assessment, massage or a pilates taster. You can swap a session whenever it's required giving you availability throughout evenings and weekends.
