Katie is a qualified Sports and Exercise Therapist BSc (hons) achieved from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2013. Katie also has a wide range of clinical experience working alongside private physiotherapist’s and is a member and professionally insured with the society of sports therapists.
Katie leads the massage team and organises and runs regular massage and sports therapy courses held within our clinic locations. From a sporting background Katie is also a qualified gymnastics coach, first aid trained and continues to commit to her continuous professional development by attending regular therapy expeditions and educational events. Katie likes to keep fit by running and attending her local gym. Katie’s favourite is to use the rowing machine at gym, giving her a full body workout.
Despite keeping herself fit Katie’s guilty pleasure is biscuits, Chinese food and can never turn down a cherry bake well. If Katie could sum herself up in 3 words it would be active, ambitious and chilled!
