Our body weight class is perfect for increasing your cardio, strength and flexibility. Body weight exercises are strengthening exercises that do not require free weights machines. The aim is for your body to act as its own resistance against gravity. Most body weight exercises can be progressed or regressed to match everyone's abilities. Body weight exercises are full body strength workouts as it requires you to use several muscle groups at once. It also focuses on other important elements such as core, balance and flexibility. This class is ideal for everyone... a perfect chance to learn about your body and test your ability in the safest way.

HIIT is a training technique that is performed in quick intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods (or sometimes just less intense periods, eek!). HIIT keeps your heart rate up and burns fat in less time.
As well as burning fat, HIIT targets toning, strength and flexibility. Our Fierce HIIT class is a quick and convenient way for us to work out and can be performed with or without equipment.

This class includes a combination of different types of exercises with the aim to provide you with a high intensity workout that requires group work. Box fit will have you working with pads and gloves, skipping ropes and include intervals of jumps and body exercises... don’t worry, you have a squad of motivating women that will push and help you through! Come and end your week on a high with this Friday class.
