Being a mum is one of the best feelings in the world. However, it can also be tiring, time consuming, and stressful! The trainers at Fierce Fit are here to help you through the journey of motherhood.

Our passionate trainers have experience working with mothers to achieve a range of goals from getting their pre-baby physique back or simply stress relief! Whatever you aim to achieve our experienced trainers can guide you through a tailored training programme to ensure you feel energised and ready for whatever motherhood can throw at you.

  • Will I be limited to certain exercises following childbirth?

    Depending on how soon following childbirth or what type of childbirth you experienced may affect what exercises our trainers will advise. Don't panic! our therapists have extensive experience providing low intensity and safe exercises for new mums to perform.

  • How soon after having a child can I start exercising?

    Providing there were no complications during childbirth you can start exercising as soon as you feel up to it. Our trainers have experience guiding new mums back into exercise and may advise lower intensity exercises such as Pilates prior to undertaking high-impact exercises such as running.

  • What type of exercises will I be doing?

    The type of exercise you will be doing will depend on what your goals are. Our Fierce Fit trainers will tailor a training programme focused on achieving your goals in a safe and effective way. If your goal is to tone your stomach then our trainers will include lots of core strengthening within the programme. If your goal is to relieve stress through exercise our trainers may include yoga and pilates into the programme. Alternatively, if your goal is to regain endurance fitness you had prior to pregnancy our trainers may include more aerobic exercises.

  • How can fierce mum help with stress relief?

    Fierce mum can be used for stress relief by focusing on exercises that produce a calming and refreshing environment. You can also swap one of your Fierce Fit sessions for a massage treatment for extra stress relief.

  • How long can I stay on the Fierce mum programme for?

    You can stay on the Fierce Fit mum programme for as long as you wish. Our trainers can continually increase the intensity of your programme and adapt exercises to meet your needs. Once you have achieved your initial goals you can set for further goals and targets to focus your training upon.
