At Fierce Fit we respect privacy and confidentiality and understand that women sometimes do not like exercising in front of other people. Fierce Fit provide a female only, private studio space for you and your Fierce Fit trainer to exercise within undisturbed.

• Do I have to exercise with people?
  
• No, there is no pressure to exercise with a group of others. Fierce Fit offer one to one personal training sessions within a friendly and non-competitive environment. However, if you ever change your mind regarding group exercise our Fierce Fit classes are female only and performed within a private gym area.
• Are there windows into the exercise room?
  
• All the windows within the exercising space are tinted or frosted ensuring no one can view the exercise space from the outside.
• Can I stay with the same trainer throughout my programme?
  
• Yes, all of our trainers have high availability to ensure you can stay with the same trainer throughout your exercise programme. Staying with the same Fierce Fit trainer allows for a personable personal training experience.
• Will there be male workers within the building?
  
• We cannot guarantee there to be no male workers within the building during your exercise sessions however they will not enter your exercise environment.
• Can Fierce Fit privacy programme help to increase my confidence?
  
• Yes, the trainers at Fierce Fit are passionate about improving confidence and self esteem within women. Our trainers ensure to set specific, measurable, achievable, and timely goals which you can view your progress. In addition to goal setting and personalised exercise plans our trainers build confidence using sports psychology and ensure all sessions are fun and empowering.
