Q & A

...WITH Cheryl Broadfoot

What would you say to a female client who is not sure why she should join fierce fit?

If you are looking for knowledgeable trainers who are friendly and enthusiastic, bespoke programs and full support, can work to your pace and ability in an all female environment, then Fierce Fit is for you.

Why is personal training different at fierce fit than anywhere else?

Personal training at Fierce Fit is different as you are not just another client, you are special and important to us. We enjoy your journey as much as you do!

What’s your fitness story? Do you do it for a hobby/just job? Any motivational story?

Working out is a major part of my life. It keeps me young and full of energy. At the age of 48, I have never felt so fit and healthy. I try to work out at least 2 times a week and love to get involved with my clients workouts. My weight loss journey was long and arduous, but my personal trainer kept me on track and motivated when I felt like giving up.

How do you motivate someone to join personal training and work hard?

I try to make sessions with me fun and educational! When you feel like you can no longer go on I will try to find something that will give you the kick start that you need, whether it be your wedding, kids, bikini or just that dress that has been hanging in your wardrobe for a while!
