Q & A

...WITH Kate Hindley

What would you say to a female client who is not sure why she should join fierce fit?

Be confident and believe that you can take that step to a happier and more confident you!

Why is personal training different at fierce fit than anywhere else?

Fierce Fit is individual in that it takes pride in delivering a unique service to all women. It offers professional and private facilities with a passionate and motivating team of girls.

What’s your fitness story? Do you do it for a hobby/just job? Any motivational story?

I have always been into sport and exercise and something I feel passionate about. I have a background of coaching sport and love helping individuals work towards achieving their goals. Even being very sporty I’ve had my insecurities about exercising in big gyms and in front of males. I got to a point where I would shy away from exercising and started to become demotivated. To find a service that you can 100% be yourself and forget about any intimidation I managed to work hard towards what I wanted achieve a long time ago!

How do you motivate someone to join personal training and work hard?

Stop putting it off! Start to believe that the hard work will be worth it and something you wont regret. Personal training is a great starting point. It allows you to stick to a training program and make those goals realistic.
